In terms of the requirements of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith Audited Financial Results of the Company on standalone basis for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018 which have been taken on record at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today. A declaration regarding the Audit Report with the unmodified opinion pursuant to regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and disclosure requirements) (Amendment) regulations, 2016 is also enclosed.
