The Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today, i.e. on January 25, 2018 has approved the following: 1) Approval of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the period ending December 31, 2017 and the Auditors Reports (copies enclosed) 2) The Reconciliation of Profit & Loss for the period ending December 31, 2016 (copies enclosed) We confirm having submitted the Auditors Report with unmodified opinions and the Financial Results for the period ending December 31, 2017 as per the format prescribed in Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013.
