This is to inform the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has: Approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018. Recommended Dividend @ 15 % on 104821290 fully paid up Equity share capital of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018 i.e. of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share of the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
