Dear Sir, As per Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR 2015, we enclose the audited stand alone financial results and consolidated financial results with the auditors reports for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018. These results have been approved at the board meeting of the Company held today. The directors do not recommend any dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018.
