These results are also being uploaded on the Companys website - www.epcmahindra.com and would be published in newspapers. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated 27th May, 2016, the Company hereby declares that the Statutory Auditors Messrs Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants have issued the Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the year 31st March, 2018. The Meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 12.00 noon and concluded at 5.15 p.m.
