Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting the followings: a) Statement of Audited Financial Results along with Segment-wise Revenue, Results and Capital Employed for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018, and Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at March 31, 2018, duly approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 29, 2018. b) The Audit Report with unmodified opinion(s) in respect of both Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results, as submitted by the Auditors of the Company. c) Declaration by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company to the effect that Auditors have submitted their Report with unmodified opinion.
