In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, has at its meeting held today, approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. The meeting commenced at 12.00 noon and concluded around 01.45 p.m. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016 and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016 as applicable to the Company, please find enclosed the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018, which were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today along with Auditors Reports with unmodified opinion thereon and a declaration to that effect from the Company. Further, it is informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has not recommended any dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
