This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held today approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Year Ended March 31, 2018 Accordingly, please find enclosed the following: (i) Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2018 along with the Auditors Report issued by the Joint Statutory Auditors, B S R & Associates LLP and M Bhaskara Rao & Co.; (ii) Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Year Ended March 31, 2018 along with the Auditors Report issued by the Joint Statutory Auditors, B S R & Associates LLP and M Bhaskara Rao & Co.; (iii) Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications (for audit report with modified opinion) on: (a) Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2018; and (b) Consolidated Financial Results for the Year Ended March 31, 2018; The Meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 3.00 pm and concluded at 5.35pm
