Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018 alongwith Auditors Report (Standalone and Consolidated) thereon and Declaration in respect of Audit report (Standalone & Consolidated) with unmodified opinion under Regulation 33(3)(d) of the Listing Regulations are enclosed herewith as Annexure - I. The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend on Equity Shares at the rate of Rs. 50 per share, for the financial year 2017-18 (exclusive of dividend distribution tax) which shall be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company. The above said Board Meeting commenced at 11:30 A.M. and concluded at 2.10 P.M.
