We have to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) the Board at its Meeting held today i.e. 10th May 2018, which commenced at 12.45 P.M. and concluded at 3.00 P.M., inter alia, considered and approved Audited Financial Results for the Quarter /Financial Year ended 31st March 2018. In this connection, we enclose herewith the following: (i) Statements showing the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/Financial Year ended 31st March 2018; and (ii) Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results. The Report of Auditors is with unmodified opinion with respect to the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Financial Year ended 31st March 2018.
