We would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 2,2018 have approved the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2018 pursuant to the regulation 52 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India(Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements)Regulation 2015(hereinafter referred as Regulation). In connection of the above, please find enclosed the following: i. Annual audited Financial Results along with Auditors Report under Regulation 52(3) of the said Regulations; ii. Disclosures under Regulation 52(4) of the said Regulations; iii. Declaration by Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants, LLP, the Auditors of the Company with unmodified opinion on Financial Results; and iv. Certificate signed by Debenture Trustee under Regulation 52(5) of the SEBI(Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements)Regulation 2015.
