Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2018. We hereby state that M/s. Sharp and Tannan, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.109983W), Statutory Auditor of the Company have issued Audit Report with unmodified opinion on the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2018 and Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2018. The said audited Financial Results have been reviewed by the Audit and Finance Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on May 11, 2018. The Board Meeting commenced at 10.45 am and concluded at 4.00 pm.
