Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018 2.Recommend the final dividend of Re. 0.30 (i.e. 30%) per equity share of the face value of Re 1/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting
