Auditors Report on Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2018. 3. Declaration in respect of Auditors Report with un-modified opinion for the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2018. Further, Pursuant to Regulations 33 and 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, enclosed herewith the aforementioned Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2018.
