In compliance of the following Regulations of the SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirments) Regulation 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 29th May, 2018, taken on record the Followings: 1. Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018 alongwith statement of Assets and Liabilites and consolidated Segmental Reporting for the year ended 31st March, 2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d); 2. Auditors Report from the Statutory Auditors of the Company both for Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018; and 3. Results Press Release of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018, pursuant to Regulation 47 (1) (b) read with Regulation 47 (3).
