This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, the 15th May 2017 which commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 4.30 pm , inter-alia has approved the following: a. Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial statements along with annexures schedules and reports thereon for the quarter and year ended March 31,2017 and the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and Year ended March 31,2017.Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations we are enclosing a copy of the Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for your information and records. b. Auditors Report on Standalone & Consolidated Financial statements for the year ended March 31,2017 with unmodified opinion, pursuant to regulation 33 of Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 given by the Statutory Auditors. A copy of the reports is enclosed for your information and records.
