AUTORIDERS FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve 1) Un-audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. 2) Any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Further as per the Companys code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for Companys Director / Officers and designated employees of the Company from July 29, 2018 and will open 48 hours after announcement of Outcome of Board Meeting.
