AVTIL Enterprise Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. In this connection, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons from July 1, 2019 to August 8, 2019 (Both days inclusive). Accordingly all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
