We would like to inform that, at its meeting held today i.e. May 22, 2019 (commenced at 11.30 A.M. and concluded at 5.50 P.M.), the Board of Directors of the Company has, inter alia: - 1.Approved the Annual Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2019; 2.Approved the Annual Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2019.
