BAJAJ STEEL INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1) Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2019; 2) Consider and Recommend Final Dividend on Equity Shares, if any, for the Financial Year 2018-19; As per the Companys Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed upto 48 hours after announcement of the said financial results are made public.
