BALASORE ALLOYS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve With reference to our intimation lefter dated 17th July, 2018, the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on Saturday, 4th August, 2018 has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. Please note that the revised date has been fixed on Saturday, 11th August, 2018 inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2018. Further, the Trading window of the company will remain closed from 4th August, 2018 to 13th August, 2O18 (both days inclusive).
