BANSWARA SYNTEX LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby intimate that next 227th meeting of Board of Directors of the Company for approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2019, will be held on Wednesday, 14th August, 2019 at 12.15 P.M. at Corporate office: 4th Floor, Gopal Bhawan, 199, Princess Street, MUMBAI-400002. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in continuation to our letter dated July 3, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed and will be opened 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.
