Further to our letter dated May 21, 2019 and May 29, 2019 and Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on 29th May, 2019, had considered and approved the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2019. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, we are enclosing herewith the following: 1. Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results for the quarter/half year/year ended March 31, 2019. 2. Audit Report furnished by the Statutory Auditors in respect of Standalone & Consolidated Financial results for the quarter/halfyear/year ended March 31, 2019.
