B.C. Power Controls Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2019. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company was closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from 01st day of July, 2019 to 48 hours after the declaration of Financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019.
