Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we enclose herewith the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results alongwith Limited Review of the Auditors of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December 2018 of the financial year 2018-19 which was taken on record at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today at Mumbai. The Board of Directors meeting commenced at 4 p.m. and concluded at 5.45 p.m.
