To fix the date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to approve Notice, Directors Report, etc. 3. Any other business with kind permission of the Chair. Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended on January 21, 2019) it was informed to the Stock Exchanges vide letter dated 24th June, 2019 that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company would be closed, from Monday, 1st July, 2019 till end of the business hours on Wednesday, 14th August, 2019
