Unaudited Standalone Financial Results: Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company together with a copy of the Auditors Limited Review Report on Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"). A copy of same is enclosed herewith, as required. We are also arranging to upload aforesaid Financial Results on Companys website www.brnl.in and publish the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results in the newspapers, in terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
