BHARTI INFRATEL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the first quarter (Q1) ended on June 30, 2019. For the purpose of the above, and as per the Companys Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from June 24, 2019 (Monday) to July 26, 2019 (Friday) (both days inclusive).
