To considered and approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. 2. To take on record the Limited Review Report submitted by the Statutory Auditor for this quarter. 3. Any other matter with the kind consent of the chair. Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of Companys (Bio Green Papers Limited), Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders, the trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st November, 2018 to 11th November, 2018(both days are inclusive).
