In continuation to our letter dated August 06, 2018, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today approved the Unaudited Financial Results ( Standalone) for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, duly approved by the Board of Directors as its meeting held today unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 we enclose the following documents: Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018. Auditors Report on the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone). The results are also being published in the newspapers in the prescribed format. Further, the Board of Directors approved and considered the proposal for voluntary delisting of the Company from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., Kolkata.
