With reference to captioned subject, we hereby submit the Consolidated Scrutinizer Report along with voting result of 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 22, 2018 at the registered office of the Company. As per the Report of Scrutinizer, all the Resolutions proposed at the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company are passed with requisite majority by the members present at the Meeting through poll and through remote e-voting by the Shareholders of the Company as Ordinary Resolutions.
