This is to inform you under Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2018 inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed from May 04, 2018 to May 12, 2018 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open on May 13, 2018. You are requested to take the same on record and confirm.
