This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 7, 2018, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. At the said meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider recommendation of dividend,if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. Please be informed that the Trading Window for trading in the Equity shares of the Company will be closed from April 27, 2018 to May 9, 2018, both days inclusive.
