Precision Camshafts Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to approve the unaudited standalone Financial Results of the Company (As per IND AS) for quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016. Further, in accordance with the Precision Camshafts Ltd.- Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by insiders 2016 of the Company, the Trading window will remain closed from January 16, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).
