Prime Property Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 25th January, 2017, inter-alia, to discuss, consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2016. Further the Company has informed that the Trading Window shall be closed from 15th January 2017 to 27th January, 2017.
