Tamboli Capital Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record Un-audited Quarterly Financial results of the Company for October-December 2016 quarter and nine month ended on December 31, 2016. Further, as per Companys Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by Board of Directors required under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from February 07, 2017 to February 14, 2017 (both days inclusive) for all Directors, Designated Officers and all covered persons in the Code.
