Ruchira Papers Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/ Nine months ended December 31, 2016. Pursuant to Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company for Insiders covered under above said Code of Conduct shall close from January 23, 2017 till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on January 30, 2017.
