Rishiroop Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve un-audited financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further, in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares will remain closed for all designated employees, including the Directors of the Company, from February 08, 2017 to February 13, 2017 (both days inclusive).
