Padam Cotton Yarns Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors has been called on January 25, 2017, to give its recommendations on the audited quarterly results of the company for the quarter/year ended on December 31, 2016. Thereafter, the Board of Directors of the company will meet to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016 and the recommendations of the Audit committee. Further, with the companys code of conduct for Prevention of Insiders Trading, the trading window shall remain closed for the all the directors, officers and designated employees of the company w.e.f. January 18, 2017 to January 28, 2017, (both days inclusive). The Trading window in respect of dealing in the Shares of the Company shall reopen from January 30, 2017.
