Graviss Hospitality Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016 subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. In this connection, the closure of Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, shall commence from January 16, 2017 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on January 31, 2017.
