Saksoft Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on January 30, 2017, inter alia, to transact the following business: - To approve the unaudited standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company and its Subsidiaries for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 18, 2017 to February 01, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of this Board meeting. The Trading window will be opened from February 02, 2017.
