Shrenuj & Company Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 28, 2017, inter alia, to consider the un-audited standalone financial results of the Company alongwith report on segment-wise revenue results, and the capital employed of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016 and half year ended September 30, 2016. The Board Meeting will be preceded by an Audit Committee Meeting at 10.30 a.m. Pursuant to Regulation 9 read with Schedule B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the “Trading Window” of the Company shall remain closed from January 21, 2017 till 48 hours after the results are made public i.e. upto January 30, 2017.
