Adinath Exim Resources Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on January 24, 2017. The agenda of the meeting is as follows: - To consider and discuss unaudited financial results for quarter ended on December 31, 2016 and if thought fit to approve the same and if thought fit to approve the same. In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by Board pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from January 18, 2017 to January 27, 2017 (both days inclusive) for all the designated persons (including Directors).
