Rajapalayam Mills Ltd has informed BSE a Board Meeting will be held on February 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2016. As per the "Code of Conduct to Regulate Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for the Companys Directors and other Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) from January 28, 2017 to February 13, 2017 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of considering the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter/ nine months ended December 31, 2016.
