TeamLease Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on February 02, 2017, inter alia, to consider, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of our Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated persons (as defined in the code) till February 04, 2017.
