Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2017, to consider interalia unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the period from January 31, 2017 to February 13, 2017 (both the days inclusive) for Promoters, Directors, designated employees and connected persons.
