Globe Industrial Resources Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on February 03, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the following: - Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further, the ‘Trading window’ for trading in the securities of the Company, shall remain closed from January 24, 2017 to February 05, 2017, (both days inclusive) in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as approved and implemented by the Company in pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, all insiders (including Directors and Designated Employees), are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading window as stated above.
