Lambodhara Textile Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017 to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. In view of the above and in pursuant of the Companys Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed securities, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will be closed from January 24, 2017 to February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive).
