DQ Entertainment (International) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company propose to hold the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results & other related matters for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further, as per Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 31, 2017 and will open after 48 hours of the announcement of the unaudited results.
