Nahar Polyfilms Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from February 08, 2017 to February 15, 2017.
